The ultimate purpose of the worship ministry at RFA is to create an atmosphere that ushers in the presence of the Holy Spirit and allows Him to move freely. Our goal is to bring the congregation into the presence of God and prepare the hearts to receive the preaching of the Word of God.

Worship is not an act that is “performed” on Sundays, but is a lifestyle that begins in the home. Knowing this, our team members commit large amounts of time each week into corporate practices and prayer as well as, and most importantly, private worship and prayer time at home. In order to become a member of the praise team or band, you must audition. But even if you audition and are not selected or do not feel called to the worship ministry but would still like to use your gift/talent, we still want to provide you that opportunity. Open talent events are held at different times throughout the year and specials during a service are always welcome. Please see Jade Flynn, worship director, to set up a time to meet with you in regards to your talent and to schedule you for a service or talent event.
