Lead Pastor

Pastor Herman was ordained with the Kentucky District Council of the Assemblies of God in 1985.  He received his ministerial and pastoral training through Berean School of the Bible, Springfield, Mo.

He has served only two other churches in 39 years of ministry.  Beginning as Usher, Sunday school teacher, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and then Senior Pastor.

Pastor Herman joined Radcliff First as Senior Pastor in November of 2004. He has previously served churches in Middlesboro and Winchester, Kentucky.

Pastor Herman and Davetta have 3 children, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Associate Pastor

During Lee’s 20 years of attendance at RFA, he has served as Associate Pastor for 8 years, Men’s Director for 14 years and as the Church Treasurer for 12 years. His ministry as Associate Pastor is to serve Pastor Gilley and Radcliff First Assembly.  As the Men’s Director, his mission is to see men discipled in the Word of God so they may be effective for God at home, in their marriage, with their children, at church, and in the community.  Lee’s mission and vision as Church Treasurer is to be accountable for the funds of the church and to see the church financially free.

Lee is married to Dotty and has 3 children and 11 grandchildren.

Hobbies that Lee enjoys are reading, U.S. History, touring battlefields, and Corvettes.
